Kudos....that wasn't so extra ordinary

Hello there lovelies~

Today I was talking to my Granny and she mentioned something that made me wonder why we act surprised when people do the right thing/the thing they are supposed to do.  A younger cousin of mine had a baby recently, and my Granny was commenting on how the father has been a help to her.  I immediately thought he should be, he was a help to her making the baby.  And although I think it's awesome to acknowledge and praise people when they do that right thing, I don't feel like it should be a  surprise.  When did doing the right thing become extraordinary?!?!?!  So, I decide that each month on the first Friday I am going to have a post titled "kudos.....that wasn't so extra ordinary" dedicated to acknowledging something right that a person (or group) has done that should be the norm, the expected, just the plain right thing to do, but nowadays isn't always.  

So, if you see someone do something or know of someone who has done something that deserves a kudos then send me an email at curlykinkybeauty@gmail.com and let me know so I can post it.  If you can add a picture with the email that would be even better!!!
